SERVICE GUARANTEE
Canyon Cycles offers a 30-day guarantee on all labor performed by our employees. Our Service Guarantee does not cover misuse, failure due to wear and tear, abuse, and the installation of parts on or the adjustment of the bicycle by anyone other than our employees. Our Service Guarantee is limited to labor only, and does not cover the cost of any parts.
BICYCLES LEFT AT CANYON CYCLES
Consumer agrees that any Goods not picked up from Canyon Cycles within 21 days after the end of the Consignment or repair Period (“Abandoned Goods”) shall become the property of Canyon Cycles, and that Canyon Cycles may display, advertise, sell and attempt to sell, barter, trade, give away, destroy or dispose of any Abandoned Goods, and Consumer shall be entitled to no remuneration for any such act by Canyon Cycles.
LIFETIME WHEEL TRUING
Any wheel that was originally purchased from and hand built by the employees at Canyon Cycles includes wheel truing for the life of the wheel. Lifetime wheel truing is a service made available to the original purchaser of the wheel and is not transferable to anyone who may purchase your wheel from you. Wheels damaged by any of the following are not eligible for lifetime wheel truing: (i) abuse and/or neglect due to improper use, (ii) failure to maintain properly inflated tirse; or (iii) accidents, collisions, and theft.
CANYON CYCLES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR POLICIES AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
